We invited Sis. Yen, one of our local missionaries who finished her mission a couple of months ago, to come and teach Mackenzie and Sis. Moon how to make Vietnamese pancakes. It was a day of adventure cooking. The pancakes didn't work too well because it was the wrong type of flour, but they still had a lot of fun and we enjoyed eating them anyway.
Mackenzie had lots of cards and letters from home to open... thank you to all the wonderful siblings and nieces and nephews and friends at home!!
