Pioneer Day 2014 - Vietnamese members in central District

We had a great time celebrating Pioneer Day 2014 with the central district in branch 3 building... below members singing a number...

The youth showed off their dancing skills... some hip-hop they had learned

Sister Ai's darling girls and other member children... they loved the balloons

Sister Truong leading the singing

This member girl sang a very poignant song about her mother which brought tears to everyone in the audience.  It was a haunting melody, sung beautifully, and very emotional because the girl was about to leave her "adopted" mother Sister Ai

The missionaries helped out as well with a song

A highlight of the program was a swing dance by the YSA's, they were taught by Elder & Sister Bailey who led them in the dance number... everyone loved it...

Untangle the knot... group game

We also caught the tail end of an east District july 24 program, featuring an impressive backdrop but a lot of very loud music... below a hip-hop dance number by the youth, complete with special effects

July 7 2014 p-day trip to Mekong Delta with HCMC missionaries
