September-October 2014 visits with members

The photo below is a wonderful lesson we had with several related families in Siem Reap-- they had a regular Primary just from their families-- we had a good lesson with them.  Some of the parents are already converts and others are learning and preparing to be baptized.  Very humble homes.

Darling children above.  Below Sister Chea and Sister Hem and the family that was baptized following the creation of the Siem Reap 2nd Branch.

Below the new branch presidency in Siem Reap 2nd Branch -- Ong Rivong, President You Dara, and Brother Kosal.  I believe this was the first week in October.

Also baptized that day was a daughter of President Keo Sophin, the new branch president of Siem Reap 1st Branch -- below with his counselors, Loy Bunseak and Chum Sophoan.

 And their families below...

Brother Chum Sophoan and his wife Chiva below with their two children and his mother.

Above-- Sister Moon held a special p-day luncheon for all the sisters in Phnom Penh, and we surprised them all with a bouquet of flowers.  They loved it.

Above and below, an early October visit to Kampong Cham included a visit to the home of President Pauv Kin, counselor in the district presidency.  It was wonderful to see the walls of his small home covered with photos from baptisms and family relatives and missionaries and pictures from the Church-- truly a trove of historical information about the church in Kampong Cham!

They are very active in doing their family history-- below showing me his completed "My Family" book with information about his parents.

Above and below, pictures with President of Kampong Cham 1st Branch and his family, which includes the wife of Brother Meas Sameth in Phnom Penh-- she just happened to be in KC visiting her family so it was fun to visit with her too!  They have a wonderful family.
